Snapped a cloudy T storm over city today- where am I at, it’s a 100000+ city..

Perfect spot I found!

I was recently cruising around and found, what I think , is an ideal spot. Edge of town, secluded,a bit sheltered, and quiet. The construction is near but not right there. What y’all think
