Sister-in-law not getting along

I seriously need some other opinions about this because sometimes I feel like I’m going crazy but my gut keeps telling me that my sister in law doesn’t like me.

We are about 6 years apart (her being older) with 3 kids. So there is a big age gap. But our personalities are so different. She’s a stay at home mom, loves posting on social media, very opinionated and negative about a lot of things. Her energy is not warm or inviting. And she’s the favorite child out of her siblings and she shows it.

Ever since I first met her I feel like we didn’t get along. She never greets me “hello” unless I do. Never reaches out to me to talk or ask questions about my life. It’s all very shallow. I feel like she makes no effort to get to know me or be kind. And I can usually tell when energy is off with a person.
I’ve tried my best to be friendly but I’m not sure what else I can do when it’s not being reciprocated.

I even tried including her in my bridal party for my wedding and in our group chat she just never engaged with the chat. I had to reach out to her to make sure she bought her bridesmaid dress on time.
Now you might say “she is busy taking care of three kids” but I see that she is alwaysss chronically online and active on socials. Posting a lot etc.

I’m not sure what else I can do and I can’t help but think it’s my fault all the time when I know it’s not. What should I do
