I am a future tax associate starting July 10th and my final semester grades are pretty bad. I am going to get a couple C’s. I understand that a 3.0 minimum is required and I will still be well above that.

I was wondering if anyone here has ever seen someone get an offer rescinded for poor grades while being above the 3.00 requirement.

I know it doesn’t really matter but with my start date so soon after graduation I focused on studying and taking my CPA exams so I didn’t have to do so much studying while working. I have taken AUD and am waiting for results rn and have scheduled my FAR attempt. I’ve seen people talking about how brutal the entry level market is and am nervous.

Also does major GPA matter?
