Can someone please confirm this. I'm being told that I will only be provided a circular key fob and the NFC Key Card. And there is no metal physical key. That makes no sense. There is a spot for a physical key to be inserted in the door handle in case of emergencies. And not just that if the lock is present in the door handle that means a key must have been also produced! Who's making these locks, installing them in a Sierra EV and not making the corresponding keys!

Can someone please confirm this? My friend got a Harrier EV and it comes with a physical key. But the dealership is saying that the new cars are not coming with a physical key.
