Base recycle - Anyone else missing schematics, augments, gear, resources?

Update: Got told "sorry, we understand your frustration", "we’re unable to provide replacements" and "hope you’re able to continue your journey across Arrakis without further issues." I'm frustratingly speechless.

--------------------

Been playing Dune: Awakening since launch, 5-day head start included. I’ve stuck through bugs, patches, balancing changes, bugs, the grind, and the chaos of rebuilding many times, accumulating nearly max storage worth of materials, gear, schematics, augments, fragments - basically lots if resources. Not a stranger to bugs, and never fully trusting new features, till now.

Then came the looming server migration situation.

I moved servers, discovered my original base location was blocked by a borg cube, so I had no choice but to rebuild elsewhere. After spending days planning and setting up a new base, reorganising storage planning, replacing facilities, and finally researching the heck out of the new recycle feature, before determining i could use it on the old base… now I realised a massive amount of items were simply gone.

Not misplaced. Gone. Simply does not exist in 'Reserve' even when sorted by type/vol/name.

Some examples:

- ALL melee augments except ONE disappeared

- Various T3/T4/T5 crafted gear vanished

- Various T0 to T5 schematics missing

- ALL schematic fragments gone, T1 to T5

- Some spare scout thopter, bike, and buggy parts

- Bunch of resources missing

* 3 medium chests of cobalt became barely 1.5

* 5 medium chests of duraluminium became 3

- mk6 healing kits missing (had an entire storage worth, only found 2 stacks), because of course they only saved wraps, mk2 and mk4

- And honestly, probably more things I haven’t recalled yet

I've tried clearing out most of the materials from Reserve, relogging, restarting the game, and it's remained the same.

The worst part is there’s no proper way to audit what was lost because sorting from reserve is an absolute nightmare after recycling the base. My suspicion is the recycle system or reserve storage encountered some kind of overflow, truncation, priority cap, or hidden item limit once too many containers and stacked inventories were processed at once. It feels like certain item categories simply failed to transfer correctly and were silently deleted.

Losing raw materials sucks, but whatever - you can farm those easily.

Losing rare augments, crafted gear, schematics, and months worth of fragments and Regis components is a completely different story. Some of these items took absurd amounts of time, RNG, trading, and farming to obtain. Having them erased by a system feature that players were ENCOURAGED to use feels disgustingly awful.

It's even worse that this isn’t some exploit attempt gone wrong. This was literally using the intended and recommended recycle feature during a period where many players were relocating and restructuring because of server uncertainty.

--------------------

TLDR: I’m posting this because:

- I couldn't find any mention of this issue

- I want to know if/how many other people were affected

- The developers NEED to investigate reserve storage especially if there is recycle overflow

There needs to be either restoration tools, compensation, or rollback support for affected inventories

A feature designed to help players move bases should not risk deleting progression, especially for hoarders.

If you’ve experienced similar losses after using the recycle/dismantle feature, please comment with details. The more visibility this gets, the harder it is to ignore.
