Hi! I've recently ventured into collecting LPS again and was wondering what would be the best way to find them out in the wild? The newer ones are... and I don't want to pay 20 dollars for just one, so anything would be appreciated!

Best time to go?

I know you won't always find grails, because it's inevitable that someone will find something better than you. But what is a good time to go to the Bins?
