I'm getting charged $855.56 for a payment I never signed up for or authorized on July 10th 2026. Today is the 14th day that I can request a refund according to tradingview refund terms. I've been trying to reach out and I have no response. If y'all don't get to it today will you still be able to process the refund and cancel the subscription? Please help out i'm getting no response via support requests from Eva G.
