And maybe make Premium subscription actually worth it? Now it's actually getting worse.
Such a nice experience to play against other true veteran players. This is why I pay for Premium, what a true game changer!

Premium is not required for Premium matches. FaceIt Plus members and players with access tokens are also let in. You can't say Premiun is required if you let everyone in!
Why is FaceIt lying to us? You think "Premium required" just sounds better? Bit like blatant sm*rf accounts playing on "Veteran matching" with their 200h accounts.
With just a quick cross reference, I was able to find other accounts by this same guy. I did report him through match room, but I won't be holding my breath waiting for a ban.
I have seen multiple similar cases lately, where I'm easily able to find their other accounts and report them - but nothing happens. No bans, no ELO back.
Is anyone even looking through the reports anymore?
If you submit feedback through the matchroom during or after a game, is there any way to later add extra context or clips related to the same match? I could not find an option afterward, and I may be overlooking something obvious.
I also checked the support section but ended up going in circles, so I figured I would ask here in case someone knows the intended process.
