Im flying out of Heathrow to Portugal. Would be such a waste of sun not to bring it. Especially as I’ll only be nearing the end of my loading.

Is it okay to carry reconstituted vial in carry on and with needles?

Or best to just check it in?

If I did this I would not reconstitute. But is this a bit sketch with a vial of white powder in my luggage?

Anyone got experience. Especially uk based? Our border patrols are just nobs.

The ex health secretary has had the neurodivergent community on his sites for quite sometime, with ADHD/ADD right at the forefront. I’m glad to see the back of him. But lest not forget, farage is paving the way for a further escalation of this culture war against neurodiversity as a means to cut funding from local governments towards SEN and nhs funding for desperately needed care. I’m glad the whole attack on RTC seems to have eased. But we’re only one ill figure in politics from having our rights stripped away from us. Sorry if this isn’t exactly on topic. Just wanted to vent. I’m sure many here are feeling the same.

Fitzpatrick type 1:

Very pale, no tan just burn, I have a fair few freckles on my shoulders and arms, minimal moles.

I started taking MT2 3 days ago. I’ve been taking 50mcg. Was planning to take for my loading phase for at least 7 days then progress to 100mcg after 1 week.
I have literally had no sides. Minor minor nausea on day 1 but none since then. Should I just progress to 100mcg now, as I was planning beginning 100mcg for week 2? Have been getting minimal sun as expected in London. A fair bit today but 15 mins the two days before.
Should I keep progressing, or carry on with 50mcg loading and increasing then after?

I’m preparing for my first pin. Except it has only just dawned on me how on earth do I dispose of sharps? I’ve never seen a post on this and it’s only just crossed my mind?

I have to say as a pale Fitzpatrick type 1, the idea of getting on a sun bed freaks me out so much!

I haven’t started mt2 but planning to very soon. I’m well aware of starting at a very low dose and increasing slowly, especially for my skin type.

What about length of time on a sun bed? I’m the sort of person who burns in approximately 10 mins of direct sun exposure. I also know that time on a sun bed is longer than the same time in the sun.

A part of my is like okay I’ll get on a sun bed but for like 1 minute, is that actually plausible? I’m very afraid of burning myself especially during that first session.

Any advice please!
