Is this normal

When I stretch out my legs I can see my veins, I have never noticed this before. Should I be concerned? Or this this normal for a person overweight. I will soon start a weight loss journey as I think a lot of my health issues are due to my weight but I’m not sure what to make of this.

Under appreciated

Just watched Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 on prime, why am I just now discovering this anime. I haven’t cried that hard in a minute. This anime is too good to have never been talked about least from what I’ve seen. 9/10 highly recommend

Finally

It took me two years to finish and I still have one more. There are only 30 but it felt like more. I have other face masks to get through before I start the other one but I’m going to continue the method that helped me finish this one which is putting on the mask directly out of the shower and letting it sit while doing my bodycare routine then finishing up with skincare once I’m done.

Twitching

I have been twitching for a couple of months now constantly. I’ve had eye twitching for years now but it happened very rarely. Now it’s everywhere all over and it’s so annoying. I haven’t been to the doctor yet but I will soon. The most frustrating part is typically if I start twitching somewhere once I move or press that body part it stops except my right knee, no matter what I do I just have to wait for it to stop and it’s last so long. I’ve had it last all night and into the morning. I take magnesium and stay away from caffeine. I don’t thinks it’s anything serious it could very well be stress or anxiety but I hope I wake up on day twitch free.
