Hi, I am 29M unmarried Indian man. I have a longtime girlfriend 28F and I am facing PE from the start i guess, I have not last long even 30sec, I used boldcare spray and normal 50mg tablet(bought from medical store directly) before intimacy but nothing works.

Some time ejaculation happens before even penetration.

Most people recommended to do good foreplay before penetration but my point is, I am not able to last in even foreplay.

I visited 1-2 urologist too but that does not works because they keep saying this is natural, you do not have any problem (I think it was bad idea to visit urologist for this issue).

Please recommend me what to do now… which type of doctor i need to visit or what to do to cure this.
