Has anyone had a problem signing into the portal? I didn't save my password (I'm sure I used one generated), can't remember it and they sent me a link to change it but the link doesn't work. I've tried numerous times. I don't know what to do

Purchased 4/26; Approved 4/28; Received 4/30. Very happy but be forewarned that one of two freezer packs had busted. Made a mess in the outer package but package with meds was good! Lucky enough to have gotten the last of the BPI!
