I am new to the platform, so I apologize if my question sounds amateurish. There is a book I am interested in buying, but for me to be allowed to make an offer, I need to have my account verified. I wouldn't mind that, of course, but I am located in Hungary and it is not on the list of countries available to register from. What I found strange about it is that the list includes quite a lot of places including African, Asian, and American countries, yet a number of EU countries are not there. Is there a way I can have it verified or it is simply not possible to order from Ricardo if you have a Hungarian phone number?
