Yes, I would love advice. I’ve read the articles. I’ve talked to ChatGPT about what I can do. I weighed myself this morning and I was really frustrated. I’ve only lost 1 pound.
I’m keeping a very stroke diet somewhere between 10 and 20 g of carbs. I’m 5 foot two woman, and consuming somewhere between nine and 1400 cal a day. I get 45 minutes of brisk walking in a day. But,… I’m not losing any fat. Can someone give me an idea what might be going on. Also, my blood labs are fantastic.
