Why does anyone think going 35mph to 40mph merging onto an interstate is safe? Especially when the speed limit is 65.

And I’m also wondering why people turn like a turtle when they have a green arrow to turn left or right. Like they will turn and maybe go 5mph. I really despise when someone doesn’t use a turn signal until they are making their turn or when someone leaves theirs on for miles.
