I recently broke my Godox mini stand during an OCF shoot. I love how portable and stable it is for hiding lights in tight spots, but searching for a replacement has been a nightmare.

Everything online seems to be either a cheap, flimsy generic brand or part of a whole flash kit. Does anyone actually sell the original Godox one separately? Or is there a premium version (maybe metal?) that you guys use? I feel like this is such an underrated tool for off-camera flash, but nobody seems to treat it as a serious accessory.

RS100BI VS RS60BI

RS100R VS RS60R

It looks a little more polished.

Godox has been releasing quite a few new lights recently. The new RS100Bi and RS100R look like upgraded versions of the RS60, with higher output and a more powerful setup overall.

They also seem to use a built-in battery design, which appears to be non-removable. For portable video lighting, small studio work, and product shoots, this could be an interesting upgrade from the RS60.

Saw this from Godox on Instagram and thought it was interesting:

From what I understand, the idea is to cover different flash types:

- AD-FP: for Godox mount flashes

- FP-M: for square-head flashes

- FP-R: for round-head flashes

It also looks like the system supports interchangeable projection lenses, with 19°, 36°, and 50° options for different beam spreads.

I’m curious what people think about this kind of compact flash projector setup. Do you see it being useful for portrait work, product shots, or creative lighting effects? Or would you still prefer a larger studio projector / optical snoot setup?
