

Conditioning for BJJ
Howdy,
I've been trying to improve my conditioning for BJJ and I stumbled upon Chad Wesley Smith's Juggernaut Training Systems youtube channel a few years ago. I really like his Strength and Conditioning BJJ playlist. I took some notes on his conditioning for BJJ video and thought you all might find them useful. I use this as a quick guide when organizing and planning my training. Let me know if you all have any useful conditioning info or if I got anything wrong in my notes. I'm not an exercise scientist!
