Gemini added new flash models and thinking modes. I just noticed the new Gemini usage meters and they feel wild.

I ran only 2 Gemini Pro queries with extended thinking and it already shows 7% usage used while the weekly limit bar is somehow still at 0. I’m on the Pro plan and honestly this makes me doubt we’ll be able to enjoy Gemini Pro for numerous/longer queries like before, especially for any serious workflow or experimentation.

Is anyone else seeing similar numbers? How are you planning to adapt? Curious what your views are on these new limits.

Hey everyone, has anyone else seen sudden changes to the Perplexity Pro rate limits?

I just got an alert saying I’ve hit my limit for Pro searches. I’m unable to use any more Pro searches at all. Only Basic searches via their models I believe.

It doesn't even show "Prepared using Claude Sonnet 4.6 Thinking" at the end which feels that all searches are being routed via sonar models.

But my account still shows 60+ Pro searches remaining.

Is this a new rate‑limit behaviour, or some kind of hidden cap (per hour/day) that isn’t clearly documented? Would like to know if others are facing the same issue or if there’s any official clarification. What are the new limits in the pro plan?
