Good evening. I have been on mounjaro for 3 Months. Occasional nausea with it and fatigue day after shot but tolerable. I follow a fairly healthy diet but even with the occasional cheat I have managed to lose 18 pounds.

I take my shot Saturday and Sunday I was in the toilet almost all afternoon. ate bananas and yogurt and took Pepto bismal. fine next day except constipated. I figured there was nothing in me so okay with.

Monday and Tuesday I was fine. Today it is back. I have not eaten anything fattening or greasy.

has anyone else on 5mg experienced this? I have another 20 pounds to go so really don’t want to quit.

will talk to Doctor as well.
