Had acne for the first time in my life at 28, and it left me with these scars. I took this photo in intentionally bad lighting so it’s easier to see the texture and scarring.

It’s been bothering me a lot, and I know getting rid of acne scars is a long process, but I’d really appreciate some honest advice on what I can realistically expect and what treatments are actually worth looking into.
