I recently applied there for trainee improvising my CV as much as I could. Then today when I was scrolling through likedin I saw a girl from my collage being selected as trainee.

I don't rate myself as too good but I think I have far better skill then her but idk how she got selected. also I saw engineering manager of cedargate giving congratulations

is it due to office politics or what?
