Hi everyone! I’m a 21-year-old student looking for housing recommendations for my senior year. I’m mainly searching in Union Market/NoMa, U Street, Shaw/Pleasant Plains, and Logan Circle.

I’m looking for a studio, 1-bedroom or an all-female coliving/roommate situation.

My budget is preferably under $1,600 total. I’d love something modern, safe, and not extremely tiny, furnished is definitely a plus! I’m looking to move in July or early August.

I know DC housing is rough right now, but I’m open to any recommendations, lease takeovers, buildings, or advice. Thank you!!
