Hey! How long would you wait for an interview decision or a very few words back before you assume it was just a no? I interviewed for a recent grad position at Raytheon about 1 month ago, and I have heard very few updates regarding it. A recruiter got back to me about 5 days after the interview and asked some additional questions, but nothing after that.

I was wondering If workday needs to say “Pending” to get an offer or can you receive an offer while it still says Application Under Review
