Moderators are the bane of our society

What is a moderator?

Do the moderators on Reddit even know?

Here's what a moderator should be doing...

Discussions & Debates:

Someone who leads a panel, debate, or meeting to ensure fairness, keep time, and maintain order (e.g., a debate moderator).

Online Communities:

A person tasked with monitoring internet forums, chat rooms, or social media groups to ensure members follow the rules, filter spam, and remove offensive content.

Mediation:

An IMPARTIAL ARBITRATOR who helps opposing parties resolve disputes and reach an agreement

Reddit moderators are bullies, they are opinionated and fascist little marxists.

As an example, the moderators in r/froditors routinely alter, edit, and editorialize on the user flair of people they disagree with or don't like on the forum.

They have made user flair non-adjustable by the user and the moderators use it to bully, antagonize demoralize and dehumanize users they don't agree with...

By writing all sorts of snarky little comments.

If the user dares turn off their user flair ,because they can't edit it... They are muted and eventually banned, if they continue to turn off the derogatory user flair, that the moderators are putting on them...

Sure it's a violation of the moderators code of conduct, but who moderates the moderators but other moderators...

It's worthless having a moderator on a Reddit forum.

I was banned from r/frauditors for pointing out that all three moderators like to put derogatory comments in user flair, something that the user themselves cannot edit or delete, and the moderators put in mocking derogatory statements of users of the thread that they don't agree with.

I submitted a complaint form against all three and within hours I was perma-band from the thread.

They would put derogatory comments in my user flair and other users user flair... And if I turned it off, they would turn it back on and change the derogatory statement to be something even more disparaging.

When I filled out the form and complained about it within hours I had been kicked out of the forum and thread.

This violates the user Reddit thread rules of "be a good neighbor"

The reason I know about that rule is because that's what they told me, that I "wasn't being a good neighbor" when I complained about them bullying the users that they didn't like.

I am banned from the Reddit thread r/Reddithelp

I simply pointed out that Reddit help is no help because moderators are untouchable. I was banned from a thread for reporting violation of the moderator code of conduct.

Pure retaliation because I pointed out that moderators were violating the moderator code of conduct.

I pointed that out, on r/Reddithelp and was banned from r/Reddithelp.

Reddit is so woke, it's in a coma.
