Hey just wondering how many people have had good experiences on methotrexate and now long it look for them to see a difference and be clear and dose?

Hey! Iv been suffering with tsw/ eczema for around 2 years now. Iv been on multiple medications and I’m now on methotrexate.
Iv been on
10mg for 5 weeks and then now 17.5 for another 2 then iv just taken 20mg yesterday
… so overall been on the medication for around 8 weeks.

Iv seen minor changes in the skin but I still have red inflammation of my face that I cannot shift!

Just wondering how fast do you see changes when you up the dose / what is the turn around points

I have a holiday booked in just over 2 weeks time and I really thought by the time I got to 10/11 weeks I’d be looking a lot better now I’m worried that won’t be the case 😪😪
