Am I the Luckiest Man Alive??
I finally bought a 2013 e92 335i with 24,400 miles, in crimson red with light grey (almost white) interior, everything bone stock!
I was hunting for a clean E92 335i for what felt like forever after my 2008 335xi finally gave out on me. Every single one I found was either clapped, tuned into oblivion, rebuilt title, 9 owners, or had enough miles to qualify for social security. I was starting to rethink even getting another BMW and start looking at other weak ahh car brands 💔💔
Then out of absolutely nowhere… I find a 2013 BMW E92 335i Coupe on FACEBOOK Marketplace of all places. (at the time it had been listed like 7 hours before i seen it so i genuinely felt like ts was meant to be) it has comfort access and m sport suspension (only things i cared about from M package shards anyways) but not full m package. Nobody in my life seems to understand how crazy of a find this is, especially for facebook, so I thought to share here on this reddit thread for the first time 😂
It’s 1 owner with 24k miles.
Nah, not 124k. TWENTY FOUR MF THOUSAND
I honestly thought the listing was fake at first. Like who even still has one of these basically untouched in 2026?? I pulled up skeptical as hell expecting some hidden disaster story, but the second I saw it in person I knew it was over. Clean title, one owner, garage-kept energy, interior looked barely sat in… the thing looked like it time traveled from 2013. AND somehow I got it under asking price too (a lil over 19k)💀
to be honest though looks can be deceiving so I still didn’t wanna get my hopes up until getting a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) done so everything kind of fell on that but once I did get it done and got the report back that the car was pretty much flawless aside from maybe a code in the battery, which is expected for an older car like this (either the battery is the original battery so it’s kind of older or it’s a replaced battery so that’s why it’s showing the code) but that’s wasn’t a huge deal, it actually helped to get the price down imo lol, but I was sold
The only “con” is that it’s not a manual like my first car, but since everything else is literally perfect i decided not to harp on that too much lol.
At this point I’m convinced I used up 97% of my lifetime luck in one transaction. Should I immediately go buy a lottery ticket or is that just being greedy?
