Does any one know the deadline for university of messina Bachelor’s degree pre enrollment on universitaly?

Should I pre enroll for messina as there is now 120% rule for universitaly pre enrollment . I am waiting for bologna offer letter, but I also don't want to miss out on messina if I don't get accepted into bologna. I emailed messina asking if they have a deadline for pre enrollment but they did not reply. Does anyone know if there is a deadline ?

My high school certificate that i used to apply does not have the title in my mother's name but my birth certificate and mother's ID has that title. I could not apostille my certificate bcz of this issue. Even if i correct the name, I have already sent the certificate to the University while applying. Should I just do a affidavit ? How big of a problem is this whole situation? My mother's name is correct but the title is missing on my certificate and transcript. What to do?
