I am furious
This makes me so angry as someone from the LGBTQ+ community.
Except this isn’t even offensive in a clever or provocative way—it’s just embarrassingly stupid.
Imagine making a film so painfully unfunny and outdated that even people who enjoy brainless cinema would cringe. That’s where this lands.
The casual sexism, casteism, and cheap shots at the LGBTQ+ community aren’t just problematic—they’re lazy. Reducing an entire community to “ew” reactions and juvenile jokes isn’t edgy, it’s what you’d expect from a WhatsApp uncle stuck in 2005.
And the biggest joke? This is from the same director who once showed a shred of sensitivity in KKM. What happened since then—creative burnout or just a complete loss of basic sense?
This isn’t satire. It’s not dark humor. It’s not even entertainment.
It’s just loud, tone-deaf garbage pretending to be comedy.
We’ve evolved. This film clearly hasn’t.
