Prestige Pro 665 Elite Maiden Voyage
Finally got a chance to use my new toy and I loved every minute of it! So happy I went Napoleon even after my original ordering disaster which resulted in me getting an even better version haha!
Finally got a chance to use my new toy and I loved every minute of it! So happy I went Napoleon even after my original ordering disaster which resulted in me getting an even better version haha!
So decided to order myself a nice Prestige 665 connected on Saturday. During the checkout instead of a confirmation I got a page that displayed “internal error occurred” and no other details. Credit card shows it was hit for over $3k.
I tried contacting immediately but noticed chat and phone were closed. No biggie, I will wait. Called Monday and waited over an hour on hold to be told to send my issue and screenshots to shop@napoleon.com. Cool so I did that and no response. Tried the website chat today where I was told to email grillsupport@napoleon.com or call the 866 number. So I emailed grill support. Still no response.
Called the 518 number that showed on my credit card authorization and was asked for my business name and told napoleon doesn’t sell directly to consumer on their website so I must be wrong and to charge back.
At this point I’m just wondering if I really want to do business with a company this disjointed that could not possibly be fumbling the ball harder at the one yard line. I mean come on people, taking my money, giving me a confirmation number/email is literally the EASIEST part of the process.
