Hiring manager review and my rate

Hello, it would be great to have more transparency about this. My rate is flexible depending on the role, but I can't put that on my profile or adapt it to the role. Unless I've missed something? I'm concerned I'm missing out because of this. Thanks for any guidance on how to approach this.

I've been registered for a month, have done several interviews, and got offered a project which I'm now doing the screeners for.

Given the nature of the work, I'm continuing to apply to other projects. Most recently, I did two interviews and for the assessment part I messed both up. One I didn't finish in time, for the other I clicked finish interview by mistake, thinking I was going to the next question. I asked Zara about both and have filled out a form for a human to review. I'm quite sure I won't pass either.

So that's my question to the mods: does not passing an interview affect your other applications or consideration to the talent pool? How is that viewed by human recruiters and hiring managers? How is it handled? Or maybe doesn't matter? I've passed 3 other ones.
