Who do you blame for the downfall of house Targaryen the most? (Spoilers Main)

Between Egg, Aerys, Robert, Tywin, Oberyn, Barristan, and Rhaegar who do you assign the most blame to?

Egg: Caused summer hall and wiped out most of the Targaryen family and is the reason Aerys ended up becoming king.

Aerys: Literally insane

Robert: His rebellion overthrew their dynasty with his war hammer

Tywin: Bald man with daddy issues Sacks Kingslanding and orders the death of Rhaegar's family.

Barristan: Bystander I mean Barristan decided to leave the cuck chair and not just watch. Saved Aerys at duskendale. Had he let Aerys die the country would probably be better.

Rhaegar: Main character syndrome caused an entire civil war.

I'm blaming Bystander Selmy personally

I'm asking because in the context of the main series of books the notion that half the Targaryens went mad only really applies to the first few books. When Martin was writing those books there were only about 5 Targaryens of importance. Aerys, Rhaegar, Viserys, Danerys and Rhaella. Out of those 5, two are absolutely crazy, 2 are normal and 1 is a wild card (Rhaegar) so in that context, I see where the claim is coming from. But when you start adding in Dunk and Egg and mainly Fire and Blood the claim kinda falls apart? Or at least doesn't hold up very well. Idk what do you guys think?
