I recently got the Horizon 20 base model. First day, set up in upright position to test and make sure it was working. Came home next day to set it up in it's permanent home mounted on my ceiling. After it was mounted and set up, turned it on and it needed the latest update. It then started making a random metallic clanking noise from the back. Demounted it and set it back on the coffee table, noise still persisted. There was no pattern or any known triggers. Has anyone had any issues mounting it upside down from a ceiling? If it is replaced or repaired should I avoid mounting it again? Thank you for any info in this matter.
