Can I order from S-Kaupat?

My parents and I are doing a whopping 15-hour car drive to Finland, and to save some sanity it would be helpful to just order groceries online. I can put groceries in on the website and choose one of those pickup boxes, I can skip login, I can add my phone number with my country code, and I can pay with card. The last step I haven’t done yet because I’m terrified I’ll end up in a death loop of not getting the text with the code for the locker, and then be told I’m a thicky dum dum and just created a hassle that could’ve been solved by putting my ass in the grocery store in the first place.

So, does anyone have experience with Finnish online grocery shopping?

I am so confused about tank size

So, I’m researching getting a Betta and I’m currently looking at aquariums. A lot of people here seem to say that a 5-gallon tank is perfectly fine.

But in my country, Sweden, we have something called Länsstyrelsen. They’re government agencies that make sure national laws and regulations are followed locally, including animal welfare standards. Their minimum recommendation for a single Betta is around 10 gallons, which is basically double what I usually see recommended here.

So I’m curious, where do these numbers actually come from, and how do people determine what tank size a fish truly thrives in? Is it similar to the reptile world, where some minimum enclosure recommendations are influenced more by what companies can realistically sell or profit from rather than what’s actually best for the animal? In other words, is “bigger is better” generally true for Bettas as well, even if they can technically survive in smaller tanks?
