The roast of Kevin Hart was absolutely ridiculous. It was little more than cruelty disguised as humor. And Ken Jeong is constantly made fun of on the masked singer. It is absolutely ridiculous.
I have some sort of sliding hiatal hernia. Triggered by lifting when fasted and usually when I eat a ton I get relief after distended abdomen. Kinda sucks because I can’t get no relief. Went to urgent care about it got chest CT. Didn’t show up there. Recommended PPI but my issue isn’t reflux more difficult sleeping and chest discomfort.
What helps is keeping the belly full especially when lifting. Which sucks because I want to keep a fasting day. I’m going to try drinking more water/black coffee on those days. Also avoiding trigger exercises like bench press and doing things like dips instead.
Heel drops did not work. Laying down and pressing left under the rib cage helps. Heavy compressive force anywhere else makes it worse. Light rubbing however does help and I got relief yesterday with very light rubbing under the right rib cage.
