Just ran for the first time since school

It was 15min done in 3min run-1min walk intervals. 2,3km. 180bpm average and 195bpm max. Sweated like a fucking pig and my asscrack could have very well made a great water slide for local squirrels.

But I felt great.

I’m probably only gonna have time for 1x 30min mac run or two ~15min ones per week because I work very long hours and do other activities but I’d very much like to continue because it was so much fun. Though I’m probably gonna stick to pre-dinner hours so I can wash up and call it a day lol Any advice on how to modify my plan welcome!

How can I fix this slightly burnt cheesecake?

The photo looks a bit dramatic but only the edges are a little burnt because my oven started to malfunction. The swirls in the middle are strawberry jam

I find that it's actually easier for me to eat much lower calories than to eat moderately where I always end up overeating at the end of the day. So I was wondering if I could do like 5x days on lower kcal (like 1300 let's say) and 2x "refeed" days of 2k kcal, still averaging to 1500kcal/day during the week. Would that make sense? Not sure.

For reference, my activity is 17k steps per day, most done inside and/or at a slower pace and I do ~80min light bodyweight exercises per week, tho my muscle mass is pretty decent and I have no idea what activity level/PAL I'm at.
