They humiliate me at counter🥲
Last year i scored 97%ile in jee getting decent engineering college but i had intrest in pure science and research so i choose bhu over them but i understood its not for me lately so in end of feb i decided to fill the form again only one month was left work my a$s off and finally to manage 97%ile again within one month + midsem in between
Now when i clear cutoff of that college i went to enquire about withdraw of admission and ask about return of my original tc and cc counter one said we don't return i said please they reply "bhag jaa yha se pta nhi kha se aa gya" 🥲 seriously i got that reply after asking that politely
According to ugc guidelines they have to them + school is not accountable to re issue them they are accountable to return them just for laziness and reopening of file how can someone do like this now what should i do
