I had Geography and GAT today and I fucked up GAT. I want to study BA LLB Honours in BHU which requires English + GAT. I did pretty well in Eng but GAT will ruin it all. I could do 35 questions only... i left 15 questions. The questions were kinda tough and I couldn't manage time.

It was my dream to 'not be a financial burden on my parents'.

Ik I don't have any chance rn...

Btw I have 93.75% (Eng+Best 3) in 12th CBSE. All subjects: 91%. Can I have a direct way into BHU through 12th merit?? Pls do answer.. pls. Is there ANY way that I can get a seat?? I am ok with visiting the campus for verification and all if it can give me a chance to get a seat in BHU.

hey. i had my first round of cuet two days back, and I'm expecting a pretty solid score in English. minimum would be 200/250. i am not v much prepared for the gk portion of gat, which I have tomorrow. so. how much marks (minimum) do I need to get to be able to get into BA economics in BHU. like first list me na bhi ho, second ya third me confirm aa jayega. Aisa kuh

1. How are hostels allotted , if someone doesn't get hostel in the first round what to do , where do they live? Is it time taking process?

2. How is the environment for girls ? Is there any conservatism?

3. Is there any female from delhi who's currently studying ?

4. And Ofc , how are the teachers of social science faculty?

5. What about student politics?!

HELLO guys so I am thinking of doing bsc in chem in bhu bcz I love chemistry..nd also I am from West Bengal...so to everyone studying in bhu can u all help me to know the environment nd vibe of the bhu campus better???like some pros and cons...ik abt the ghat nd peaceful life but other than that????like what abt the networking side???option for side hustle???what about the club details???is the place a bit conservative?(I am a girl and that's why I am asking specifically for dress thing for the way u present urself do ppl get judged those who come from other cities??)how's the fest life there and LASTLY ABOUT THE SAFETY????also do we get non veg there easily???I am sorry if I am asking a lot of questions but I seriously need the answers..plz ppl do help

hi fellow students of BHU, i am a cuet candidate done with her exams. my combined score in english and GAT, as far as i have predicted, is around 355-ish (230 in english, 125 in GAT- unless normalisation khatams my khel💔)

i want to pursue socio or english honors (i am more interested in english, par socio is the next best option). what are my chances of getting in? hopefully into a hostel aswell. gen female btw. please be kind enough to answer, it would be of great help!

if I am a general category student living 630 km away from bhu , then what is the minimum score required out of 750 in cuet ug for getting hostel in bhu for bsc phy course ?

The form asks to fill up percentages for bachelor semesters. However, our uni provided us with relative GPAs.

Should I calculate individual percentages for each semester based on the marks I scored, or convert the relative GPA to percentages ? Please help !

I am coming to BHU to meet my long-distance girlfriend and I’m looking for a cheap and affordable stay for around 4 days. My budget is really tight right now.

If anyone has a spare room, flat, or PG space that they could lend/rent out for a few days, it would honestly help me a lot. I’m willing to pay properly around ₹2k or even more depending on the place.

Is there any senior or passout who could help me in knowing my current situation regarding back and supplementary exams. I am really confused and don't know which department to go for clearing these doubts. I'm a final year student and currently very disturbed with the anticipatory stress of back exams and whether I'll even graduate this year or not. Please comment or dm me if anyone can help.
