Are they on something?

Why does it seem like all the non-teaching staff of FSS faculty are high? Like they don't even want to open their mouth to talk. Also, that Sreema/ Sima Srivastava gotta be the most corrupted one ever.

Delulu is not solulu!

Some folks need to come out of their delulu world thinking BHU hostels are "hell".

Here is the ground reality:

In IIT Guwahati and Bombay. standard rooms in some hostels, were built around single-occupancy footprints, yet freshers and sophomores get shoved into double sharing.

In IIT Kgp, 1st and 2nd years are routinely crammed into double or triple sharing in aging halls. The floor space is notoriously tight, just enough room to squeeze between your cot and desk along with decades-old washroom blocks.

The Reality Check:

  1. Per-Student Space: Old BHU hostel rooms have high ceilings and significantly wider layouts. Two people sharing a BHU room often get way more actual floor area and breathing room than an IIT fresher squeezed into a retrofitted single.

  2. Fee Comparison: IITians pay ₹30k- 40k+ per semester for hostel and mess. (4 to 4.5 months)

  3. The Universal Truth: Sharing compact rooms and dealing with legacy government infrastructure is standard across every premier public institution in India. Stop acting like BHU is a unique torture chamber.
