Permanent Ban After Failed Verification — Need Advice
Context
FACEIT flagged my account for suspected “Having Another Account,” even though this is my only FACEIT account and I have never created or used any other accounts.
I was given 72 hours to complete verification, but during that time my passport was at the embassy for visa processing, so I couldn’t verify immediately.
When I finally got access to my passport, I tried to complete the verification as soon as possible, but the process failed and did not complete successfully. Shortly after that, the verification window expired and my account was permanently banned.
I already contacted FACEIT Support multiple times and submitted appeals, but I have been waiting for over a week without receiving a proper human response. It honestly feels like I’m being ignored.
What I’ve done so far
- Opened a support ticket and explained the entire situation.
- Sent follow-up replies in the same ticket thread.
- Prepared all required documents.
- Ready to provide:
- Government ID
- Selfie verification
- Any additional information they request
- Explained that my passport was unavailable because it was being used for visa processing at the embassy.
My stance
- This is my only FACEIT account.
- I have never smurfed or used alternate accounts.
- I am fully willing to complete verification immediately.
What I’m asking
- Has anyone had a similar situation where FACEIT reopened or extended the verification period?
- Did anyone get unbanned after successfully verifying late?
- What’s the best way to actually reach a human response from support without spamming tickets?
- Is there any additional evidence I should provide besides ID and selfie verification?
I would really appreciate any advice or shared experiences because right now I feel completely stuck.
