Are the "new" action cameras allowed?

So the regulation only states that (semi-) professional cameras are not allowed. To my understanding and from other peoples experiences that was mostly enforced by bulky cameras or cameras with interchangeable lenses. Now I never did nor do I plan to bring any camera other than my smartphone, but I wonder will the newer type action cameras like the GoPro Hero 13 that have interchangeable lenses be allowed and then even further cameras like the GoPro Mission 1 that have pretty big interchangeable lenses nowadays?

What's your thoughts?

I just got a haircut (cheap) and instead of making me feel better it know seems like I'm completely cooked.

The top/back doesn't seem like I'm balding too bad in my opinion, but the front is just a mess.

I had the receding corners for probably 5 years now and they don't seem to get worse very quickly. What I really hate is that front middle part, especially after bed/shower/sports/wearing a helmet it really stands out like I'm a unicorn with potency issues.

I have tried growing my hair to cover it but the way my hair curls and vortexes it just made it worse.

Just wanted to know if anyone has had a similar experience and knows some tips?

Other than that, how bad is it really and is this a sign that I should go buzzcut soon?

Routine: I shower once a day and use shampoo, I rarely style it, haircuts every few months/~4 times per year.

Goal: Make it look a little better, get rid of that front middle part
