If dermarolling worked for my beard, is there a good chance it'll work on my scalp too?

I've had pretty good luck using a dermaroller on my beard. It helped fill in a few patchy spots, so I'm convinced it actually did something. Now I'm starting to notice my hair thinning around my temples, and I really don't want to just sit back and watch it get worse. My first thought was, if dermarolling worked that well on my beard, is there any reason it wouldn't work just as well on my scalp? Or is scalp hair a completely different story because Ive seen people use and mention stamps instead and Im completely fine with that as long as it works and its not something I have to do daily

I'd rather hear from people who've actually tried it than spend another few hours reading random articles. Did anyone here have success using it on both Or was your experience totally different?

Thanks in advance. I'm just tired of feeling like I'm watching it get worse while I can't make up my mind.

Does the longer hair suit me or should I go shorter.

I grew my hair out for my prom and I'm curious if I should cut it shorter or leave it at that length.

What should I do with this length?

Growing my hair right now and it’s at a kind of awkward length (at my ear lobes), can tuck it as I have done in the photos but not really feeling it. Suggestions would be much appreciated.

Before and after my hair transplant. Does this hairline fit my face?

I was losing my hair for a long time and finally decided to get a hair transplant. I was worried if it would look natural or not.
This is my before and after. I’m happy with the change but wanted to hear other people opinions.
Does the new hairline suit my face? Any advice?

New style?

I’ve had the same haircut and style since I was like 14. I’m 20 now and would like to look older hopefully with a cut and style that makes me more attractive. The two photos in the car are unstyled, the other is how I actually style it. Thanks

3rd hair transplant - Viable donor area?

The 1st pic is what the surgeon proposed to do.
2k-ish grafts to achieve it with good density.
But I wonder, as the pictures show, how much would I still have of a donor area after that.
How much would you say?

Bad Hair Genetics

I'm 17M. My hair used to be straight and thick until I turned 13. After that, I noticed it became curlier and much finer. It gets blown around easily by the wind, and whenever I get a taper fade, it looks higher than it actually is because my hair density has gradually decreased over the years. My crown and scalp are clearly visible, and my hair seems to become even more see-through under bright lighting. However, my hairline hasn't started receding yet. Is there any way to reverse this? It's honestly ruining my confidence.

[25M] Looking for advice for my next cut

Hi all. Attached are a handful of photos from recent months in varying stages of growth with some different angles/lighting.

I've never really had a consistent style and I'm hoping to find something I really like for my next cut. I have been thinning for some time but have mostly stopped the loss and have made some minor gains with topical min/fin in the last year. Any ideas for a style that would suit my face/hair quality well? I've considered a textured fringe with some length on the sides (not a skin fade). Thanks for any help in advance - reference photos I could show a stylist/barber are especially appreciated!
