Need advice for messy/fringe hairstyle

See I always had like straight hair and a terrible hairstyle.

I started to care about my hair I m 17M and I recently got a low taper fade. It really suits on me,no one actually made fun of them and got a few complements too.

The only problem I have is that even after using hair powder and hair dryer I m never able to actually get fringes or a messy hair look.

my style right now is attached

Products I have are hair wax, hair powder & hair dryer(not planning to buy more products)

Loose skin

Loose skin

Hey everyone,

I m a 17M 101.5kgs & 5'11 ft tall

I want to lose weight like I have started loosing it I have been dieting from past a week. I eat 1300-1400 calories a day and I walk around 2500-3000 steps on an average. I excercise everyday for like 30 mins from the home workout app like they include pushups, resistance training and all. I am a student and due to time constraints I can't go to gym.

Can you all tell me that if I lose 26-27kgs which means I ll come to 75kgs, will I have loose skin. I m asking this because I got scared after seeing posts of people saying they got loose skin and surgery is the only option now.

If possible please express your valuable thoughts
