Hello, in April of this year I had 2 of my capital one cards closed due to returned payments, I paid them all off in full within a month, however on my current credit report both cards are under the “closed accounts” section on my credit report shows both of these cards as closed but still shows a 0 dollar balance next to them. Both say date of account status is April of 2026. Any help would be appreciated

Hello all I’m in desperate need of advice. I recently sold an iPhone for 700 dollars and the buyer claimed it would over heat when it would charge and opened a return request. I immediately accepted the return and sent the label though eBay, about a week goes by without them shipping and I receive an email saying eBay closed the case in the buyers favor letting them keep the phone while they never sent the item back and giving them a full refund! I’m honestly not sure what to do next as I’m trying to find a way to contact eBay
