This is delicious! Very smoky and soft, I’d buy it again. I had it with Triscuits and pepper jelly. I think I might try some in a salad or in some pasta, or possibly both! lol

I found this cheese at Costco and decided to make Mac n cheese, it was like a Swiss & Gruyère hybrid and the sauce was fantastic! Served it with a caramelized onion and bacon jam and a drizzle of bbq sauce. It was so damn delicious
