All metrics normal - 10 months TTC
We try to get 2-3 attempts in during the fertile window each month. After 10 months of actively trying, we decided to try home fertility tests. Advice says to said 12 months for under 30, but we figured we would rather know sooner than later, to either take action or have some peace of mind. Wife’s ovulation strips show regular ovulation, and both of our blood work shows normal on all levels.
I just recently tried the YO at home semen analysis and got
92.4 M/mL,
71% motility,
67% progressive motility,
65.6 M/mL motile concentration,
62.3 M progressive motile concentration.
Video clearly shows lots of sperm m, like way more than I thought was possible which was a relief, so I don’t think it’s an error. But these show that I’m well above average on all metrics that it measures, though it doesn’t measure pH, DNA, or morphology.
Is this just a bad roll of the dice? Or should we look into more detailed testing?
