Is UM responsible when it comes to communication?
I am an incoming international student at UM. I keep getting more and more disappointed with their communication and I keep questioning whether it is also like this when you are in uni. I have sent an email regarding the tuition fee a few weeks ago, haven’t got a response yet. Sent one again on Monday, still nothing. Have been trying to contact the Finance department today, but they are unavailable. I understand that the workload is insane at this time of the year, however I have been waiting for a response for a few weeks now and the deadline is nearing. Please reassure me that it is not like this in uni, and that students get responses to their questions on time, and are assisted if needed to
