I bought this from a plant dealer in my area who also sold me a Majesty Palm that was infested with those little white bugs throughout the inside 😐

I’ve since had to hold a funeral for that Palm. I don’t think this plant is infected, but I’m not sure where these holes within the leaves come from since they appear to just show up?? Theres also these little brown bumps on some of the stems. Not sure what to do but I want to keep it healthy :(

This plant receives light from an office window and from a grow light. I water it when the leaves start to get a little wilty and I mist it as I water.

I got this plant from a family friend who told me to stick it in a dark corner and forget about it. It would typically get only a few hours of light through a heavily filtered window.

I ended up doing that too well and the leaves started to die. I watered it roughly once every two or so weeks. I asked my roommate for help and he said he had to cut off all the “bad leaves.” I’m worried since that leaves only these near-white ones!

The wood isn’t squishy but I think I might need to repot it into a more succulent soil mix but don’t know where to start with that. How to save?? What mix??
