Lets paint a picture of near future five years from now in Britian & elsewhere when AI will be in full control of almost every evonomic activity from Health, education, defense, finance, housing, farming so on and so forth albeit with some human supervision.
In this scenario capitalists will accumulate incredible amount of wealth concentrated in even fewer hands.
Big corporates are already replacing human resources with AI. With a tech background I cant tell you enough about how big AI most of which everyone knows except that people have no idea what it is actually capable of.
In this scenario, is it justified for Government to create a pool of money funded by big corporates through their AI savings lets say if you save £100 using AI, contribute £30 to universal income fund. In bigger scheme of thigs this will make it possible for Government to make education, health, housing and food free for everyone.
There is empirical evidence that universal income improves productivity and mental wellbeing.
