Has anyone recently transferred their H-1B to Amazon?

How long will the process take from the day of signing the offer letter?

I heard people saying that employees with monthly paychecks has higher chances of getting RFE than bi weekly. Is this true?

I know bi weekly paychecks appear to be more recent, but monthly paychecks cover more days(considering the standard 3-paycheck rule for a transfer). thoughts?

I visited my local Audi dealer yesterday to look at a fully loaded 2026 Audi Q3 in Sage Green. I live in MA. The MSRP is $51,470, but the dealer's asking price is $51,965.

I watched every negotiation video on YT and everyone said cars always sell below MSRP. However, the salesperson said it doesn’t apply to luxury brands like Audi.

The salesperson told me that it is standard for Audi to sell above MSRP and that new models rarely, if ever, sell at or below. However, Edmunds suggests a fair market price is closer to $49k.

Context: I am a recent graduate and former international student buying my first car in the US, so I just want to make sure I am not being taken advantage of.

Edit: Thanks for the overwhelming response. I am going to contact other dealers. From reading the comments, it's obvious that I was lied to.
