Saw this A7 Sportback at the dealership today, and honestly, the front end still looks sharp.
I know people debate Audi reliability and maintenance costs, but design-wise, this thing has aged really well.
Would you take an A7 over a BMW 5 Series or Mercedes E-Class, or is it just a good-looking money pit?
Just traded my Kia k5 for this 2025 a5 premium+. It was a demo car so super low miles, got a good deal on the lease.
I really do love it but I have to say I’m surprised there’s things my ‘21 Kia did that this doesn’t. Or maybe I just haven’t figured them out yet.
First of all I am shocked that none of the newer Audis have remote start.
Second the lane assist- it’s great when using cruise control on the highway but seemingly off at all other times? The Kia used to pull my car back into the lanes even on a road in town, the a5 just vibrates the steering wheel
And last- I might be crazy but the satellite signal for radio just isn’t as good? I fine it takes longer to go between channels, and I’m getting spottier coverage (I live in CT, not a ton of big buildings unless I’m in New Haven, and those aren’t even that big)
Otherwise it’s beautiful and I’m happy! Just gotta get used to some stuff

One of my friends has an sq5 that recently has a piston head melt issue or something of the sort. and needs to get rid of his car, hes offering it to me for $4000. I just wanted to know whether or not the damage is bad enough to the point its not worth fixing myself or getting fixed for what the cars worth. It's a 2018 sq5 prestige with 145000 miles and everything ran great before this, ive driven the car on several occasions and have been eyeing sq5's for a minute. clean title. Any help appreciated, pictures attatched.
Not sure if this has been done here before, but I’m after a bit of inspiration.
I’ve got a 2020 A6 Avant Black Edition and I’m looking at upgrading the alloys. The originals have seen better days, and I’ve never really been a fan of the standard wheels.
It’s going on Eibach lowering springs soon. It currently has the factory 20s with good tyres so I could reuse them, but I’m also tempted by 21s for a more aggressive look.
If you’ve upgraded the alloys on your A6 Avant, I’d really appreciate it if you could post a photo along with the wheel size and whether it’s lowered or on standard suspension.
Hopefully this can become a useful thread for anyone else trying to decide between 20s and 21s. Thanks!

Spotted this R8 on my way back from the grocery store. Always forget how truly low these are to the ground until you’re right in front of it. To whoever owns this, sweet ride!

was getting tired of my old beat golf and have been wanting something new. my master tech at my shop mentioned his friend (who is an Audi master tech) was selling his personal A6. Went by and took a look, and now it’s mine lol. I paid $8500 cash. it’s got the 3.0t motor and has been beautifully maintained its whole life. Over its 200k miles of life it’s had 3k oil changes, and has recently had all new suspension work completed. Also has paperwork of when the water pump, vaccum pump, pcv, etc was serviced. It also has a custom stage one tune. Chains have never been serviced but I’m not sure they’ll have to be for the remainder of its life. How’d I do? This is my first ever Audi and im excited to have fun with it.
2010 A5. Want to know what the community thinks If I used my current accessories and some upgraded parts to increase reliability.
Right now, I'm looking at about 1 - 1.5k in supporting hardware for the build
But not sure how much a mechanic might charge if they'd even be willing to touch it
Purchased this beast over the weekend.
Had an endless amount of work done to it, including but not limited to: stage 1+ TCU & ECU by integrated Engineering, carbon fibre intake by IE, custom stainless steel full exhaust system. Lowered & has been blacked out. Pushing approximately 508HP after all modifications have been made.
Traded my RAV4 for an 2026 Audi A5. Beautiful car I love it after 2 months. The MMI bugs out every now and then but going from something so reliable to a sports car has me slightly worried. What are some things I need to keep an eye out for?
