The dreaded brake service light has finally come on, and the car is going into my trusted indy shop for a full brake job at the beginning of next month. Quote came back at +9k CAD with EBC pads and OEM steel rotors. Does anyone have any experience with 034Motorsport 2-piece rotors? Or any other recommendations for OEM replacement rotors?
I'm buying my first luxury SUV and decided on Audi Q7 because I just really liked how it felt while driving.. Dealership wants me to add tint and paint protection packages that add over $3k to the price. This vehicle truly is at the top of my budget, so I'm wondering if I really need them?
I previously leased Jeeps and never bought extra add-ons because I never had those vehicles long enough to worry about rust, paint issues, etc.
Any advice on what's "worth it" is truly helpful. Thank you.
Also- please feel free to let me know if buying an new Audi Q7 is a mistake? I assume it's not after reading the common vehicle rankings like Car and Driver, etc.. But again, I'm new to this market, so I appreciate the advice.
Looking to buy a 2011 B8 Audi S4.
But noticed the seats dont say S4 on it.
Is this normal or a red flag. Based on the photos, the car looks in good condition.
I have a 2026 RS3 with 3400 miles on it, I’m not sure if this happens to anybody else, but even when I first got the car brand new the brakes would already sound like it has like some brake dust or something going on when I slow down to a stop.
It’s honestly very annoying and embarrassing whenever I’m rolling to a stop and it’s like the loud screech noise. I’m just not sure if this is something that should be happening already or if this is like a normal thing with these cars since the brakes are so huge. Either way I keep it clean all the time, so it’s not like I just let the wheels and brakes get dirty for weeks on end.
I'm finally starting to see how some Kias look suuuuuper similar to Audis. I saw this car and immediately thought about the newer A3s.
I'm guessing a lot of the Audi design team has moved on to brands like Kia and Hyundai.
Thought I’d share my previous Audi history:
2006 B7 RS4 Avant
2011 8P RS3
2013 B8.5 S4 Avant
2014 C7 S6
2015 C7.5 RS6 Avant
What’s everybody else’s history and favourites over the years? Mine have been The B7 RS4 and my current C7.5 RS6.
Car is a weapon on the road, sticks the corners very well, has barely given me any trouble. I will happily keep it for many more years, only problem is I am getting older and maybe outgrowing the modified sporty car look lol
I fell in love with the brand back when I was 11 after watching the first iron man movie. It was because of the r8 that my love for the brand (and cars in general) started.
Years later i got an a7, later a TT, and some other sports cars that I have been buying and selling. But now, I can finally say that I have the car of my dreams.
Just got my new diffuser and front lip fitted.
Parts are from CT Carbon in case you want to order them aswell.
Hey,
I just noticed this error code in my ECU on my
Audi TT 2.0 TFSI Quattro.
Can someone tell me which part I have to buy and maybe also where it's located in the engine?
I want to change it.
Complimentary 2 minute wiper blade installation. Can't beat that.
As the title states. Would love to hear what you all think.
Hope everyone's having a great week ahead.
Here are my most recent cars
Or there is no such audi 🤔🤔
I saw this beautiful (and immaculately maintained) 2009 TT on Facebook Marketplace for a steal. There were 50 inquiries within an hour, and the owner had many people scheduled to see it. Someone trying to buy sight unseen.
I told her I would love to surprise my son with this as he LOVES my TT RS, and my fiancé and I were 3rd in line.
The first two people did not show up! 😎
